I cannot obviously comment on your specific treatment, but I can tell you that I have the same configuration of elastics. Mine is also going from top outter to bottom inner to correct a crossbite on my left side.

I just looked at that. It looks really interesting. I had an expander in until just yesterday. (Yay!) I have always used the Waterpik to clean mine. But the benefit of the L'il Palates is that it's a lot more portable. Might have been nice to have.
