Well had my 2nd adjustment and man oh man does it hurt alot. I have more wire ties than anything and then on top of the wire ties I also have rubber ties on them they said that way the teeth will move alot faster. Does anyone know if having a 1-2 teeth extracted is included in the total price for braces or do you pay for tht separately? If so how much does it usually cost?

I tried to eat more solid foods and that was not a fun experience. Will stick to soft foods me and my noodles are great I know how you feel about the weight lose but I aint complaining could use to shed a couple or more pounds

Thanks for the advice I am just going to keep trying to find a floss that will work for me. Hopefully things will get better.

Does anyone else have a problem flossing? My teeth are so close together it actually will not allow the floss in between them. So therefore I am not able to floss my teeth. And even if I force the floss in between it always gets stuck or shreds to pieces.......

Hello I am 26 and have had my braces for about a week now. And was wondering how long does the pain last it is very hard to eat anything but very soft foods? I don't go until the 18th to get the bands on.......
