I have the same problem as you and I didn't have the extractions. It was nice not have have 4 teeth pulled out... but I regret not getting the extractions as my teeth still flare outwards. If you don't get the extractions, I think you will regret it like I do.

I just got hawley retainers today, they are AWFUL. I can't speak in them and I always feel that I'm collecting saliva. I have buccal tubes, my dentist said he would remove them and put molar bands on if I knocked out the buccal tubes. I fortunately never knocked them out.
