Re: just got braces
I would think it's better to keep your teeth if you can. If your ortho has agreed then I would think it's worth a shot? If your not happy then you can always have them extracted, but having them out and not being happy would be worse! The first few days are the worse but it will definitely get bette...

Re: Extractions soon - freaking out!
My advice would be don't worry! Although like you I was terrified! I had 4 premolars taken out 2 and then 2 a few months later and it really isn't that bad- I found a filling to be worse! Re: Which electric toothbrush do you have and why did you choose it?
I second that. I have an oral B, I have no idea which model but it wasn't very expensive. I bought the orthondic heads from Amazon and my teeth feel amazing after using it! I have the sonic air flosser too which is ok but a bit expensive and not much use after a tightening or when your teeth are a l...

Hi, like you I am 6 months in (just on the bottoms my top have just gone on) but I had my extractions prior to the braces going on. Like you I have notice one side is being much more well behaved than the other, my right side has almost no gap at all whereas the left has about 3cm left to go! I thin...

I have been lurking on here for quite some time but thought I would finally join and share my story! Hopefully it will help people going through a similar journey and I can share stories with those who have gone through it and have lovely Colgate smiles! I am 25 and have been going through treatment...
