I can't tell for sure if the size difference will be noticable because it's tucked away so far back in my mouth due to crowding. My ortho did not mention it in my treatment plan and on my next appointment I plan on bringing it...

No. Why? Its only temporary and your doing it to improve yourself. As a guy it never bothered if the girl had braces, never gave it a second thought.

I'm getting the same thing. I think its cause they are making space for an incisor. I figure in the end it will all work out...right!
