I would not trust an office that has a track record of not responding prior to surgery. You will have to have several Post Op checks with your surgeon at his facility and be able to contact the doctor 24/7 in case of emergency. I am getting both jaws done in Moscow by Alexander Antipov, he has a primary practice in Northern CA and a practice in Moscow. LOVE his work and Moscow is cheaper. Both Jaws and facility fees are little under 20K.
