& I just used Crest Whitestrips I used them once before I was braced& then I used them again right after I had them taken off....I also took care while I had braces, to wash out my mouth after having coffee, cola, etc.

They have made a huge difference...the increase in my self esteem is astounding I love being able to smile& not worry about how people see my teeth from the side& how they can just see -me- & not crooked teeth.

I actually got a phone call this morning...My ortho is having me get professional shots to use in his advertising! lol. I'm quite excited!
