Your first mistake was not going to an ortho for braces. It looks like you have an overbite, did they put elastics on your brackets to correct it? Maybe a surgery is required though.

That is possbile. My ortho says these wires can go a long time without changing but he changes them almost every appointment.

Did your jaw shape change during/after braces?

I eat everything and only brush 2 times a day.

It is standard procedure that the patient wears the retainer every night for a year after getting braces off, then the patient can experiment with 6 days then 5 days etc. But wearing something in your sleep for perfect teeth for the rest of your life? Worth it.

My ortho gives almost everyone 18-24 months and he does this on purpose so people should not expect it to come off sooner than that date and have to accept to wear braces for that period of time. He says it could be longer or it could be shorter, everyone is different.

Nobody is going to see the bottom ones, if you already have metal on top just go for metal on the bottom.

I do not think there is very much you can do, aside from surgical procedures. The pulled teeth contributed to your issue, look it up on google, teeth pulling ruins facial aesthetics and the balance of the face. sorry
