I also read (though never tried) that you can try and bend the poking wire with the eraser of a pencil. This advice was given by the orthodontist himself. So legit.
I usually use wax too, only tiny bit is required and you don't really feel its presence.

Anybody has experience flossing with casted arm?

Hello, I have recently had wrist surgery and my dominant arm has been immobilized. So far, flossing has proved impossible...with the exception of water flosser. Has anybody developed ways to floss even with an injured arm/hand?

After a couple of weeks, i Started feeling and noticing some changes on my most crooked teeth. Aftrer 6 weeks, results are visible to others as well. i am in ceramic baces upper and lower for overbite-overjet
