I decided to wait for a few months before deciding if i need extraction.

But today i went to the ortho and instead of using thicker wire, he put another wire of the same thickness. Is this normal? Doubling the archwires? Two on top and two on bottom

Isn't this the braces where they only prioritize to make your front teeth straight only (ignoring other issues such as overbite, underbite etc)

Sometime it can take longer than 2-3 months for final tuning from what i read. And maybe it just me but i think upper and lower teeth align at different rates

Sometime i have the urge to grind my teeth. Kinda like chewing, but nothing to chew on. I don't know why though

I just brushed them with normal tooth brush. But i use the angled method to brush between bracket. Then i finish with Listerine

I would never really fullt trust anything with holistic in it
