I find it hard to tell that people had extractions in the images. Could someone please guide me using images to see if the person had extractions or not?

Do you have more examples? Also of adults? Is there examples of both good and bad changes and is it true that premolar extraction leads to premature aging?

Is it true linguals hurt a lot more than regular braces? And is the same result achievable with both braces type. My orthodontist suggest putting linguals on my upper jaw and regular braces on the lower.
