Hey its only my third month in braces but of the colours Ive had I would say the navy blue didnt stain a bit and they also make your teeth look whiter. Theyre also not bright, if youre worried about it being noticeable.

It's all about the measurement they take. Your top teeth are supposed to be a specific amount of mm (dont remember how many) in front of your bottom and by how much it exceeds that they'll know how bad it is.
