Hi, my son went through the tongue pain of an RPE. If you are going through this, or are starting you RPE and don't want you tongue to have indented sores, I would suggest the "RPE Tongue Guard" on Amazon.com. I gives instant relief and keeps your tongue off the metal. Hope this helps some...
