I got mine at 39.

$6,700 including retainer, one year of retention and they come with a lifetime warranty. If I shall ever need braces again for any reason it will not cost me anything.

I hadn't gotten my braces on yet but I pray time go by fast while I have them too. I'm 39 and don't mind having braces but I love to eat all kinds of foods and can't do that with the metal smile.

I have about a month to go before I get my braces. For the past week I've been eating everything I know I will have to give up or cut back on. I love to eat so it's going to be an adjustment for me. I think I need to start weening myself off these foods so it won't have to stop cold turkey.

My braces will cost $5300. I have insurance but it don't cover braces.

I would like to think the person you're dating will appreciate you having braces. It's a sign of self improvement. My boyfriend love the thought of me getting them.

My neighbor has braces and she only wear gray bands. I can't even see them when she talk. I guess that's because they are the same color as the braces. I think I'll be doing the same thing.

This thread has been very helpful to me. I'll be getting braces in a month so I been preparing myself for the tools I'll need.
