My teeth must be real stubborn! I've had powerchains from near the beginning of my treatment (2 and 1/2 yrs ago) and sometimes doubled up on each arch.... It can depend on how far the teeth are out of alignment. Usually they just need a bit of tweeking to move to the correct spot. Then I wait until the last 4-6 months. If they are really out of position, then they get banded earlier, like in the first few months. Randall Sorry to bring up an old post...
