I just found out, too, that I'm pregnant again. So now my gums will be tender again; I really need to eat more, but I don't have the energy; and I once again get to deal with the effects of morning sickness and braces. How many people manage to deal with two pregnancies while in braces? Wow, my hat...

I have a filling that needs to be replaced with an onlay. I'll have that done when the braces come off. I'll also have my teeth whitened because it is included in the cost of my braces. I am looking forward to that.

Pretty teeth Sorry that the debanding didn't happen on March 1st but you definitely made the right decision to get everything perfect first. If you had let it go it would have bothered you for a long time to come.

My goody bag from the ortho had some sugar free gum in it. The assistant said that it was okay to chew sugar free gum and that it would help work out the soreness. I've only chewed it a few times.

Your teeth are looking great Kell! :D They are very white!! Thanks Lucy. I am lucky that the front teeth are all pretty white for the most part other than the canines. Whitening is part of the price I paid for braces and I can't wait to get the braces off and then have them whitened and straight.

I had my first adjustment today and I have yet another spring in my mouth. That makes 4 in total. Congratulations! That is the best picture of ceramics with wire ties I've seen. I was going to stay with clear ligs at my adjustment today but after seeing your picture I may change my mind and get the wire ties. They look great.
