My teeth are much much more crowded than yours, and my ortho is confident he can do it without extractions, if I need any he has suggested wisdom teeth to come out, but I'm getting my braces with no extractions and we will see how it goes.

So I agree about the second (or third!) opinion.

Congratulations! I am getting braces on 10th February, metal Damons, and I am also getting married on 8th July this year! So will be in braces for the wedding. I'm getting Damon braces on 10th Feb, so not long after you! And I feel the same as you - swinging between excitement and terror LOL!

But I'm not sure whether mine are Damon 2's or 3's - have a feeling they are 2's.

I'm getting Damon braces on 10th Feb, and my orthodontist quoted me the same price for either ceramics or Damons. I went for Damons because he said he felt he could get the best result from them, without extractions.

I'm getting Damon braces upper and lower on 10th Feb. But I keep seeing most people talking about spacers, and having them prior to the braces getting fitted. My orthodontist hasn't said anything about spacers, so presumably I won't be having them? Why is that?
