This is a picture of my bottom teeth, and my concern is the left second molar (the last teeth on the right side of the picture), which the orthodontist said it would be better to leave it where it is.

I booked an appointment with another orthodontist and am going to begin my second braces. The first one is really not good.

I didn't have any extraction, but now toward the end of my treatment, I have deep overbite.

My left second molar tilts inward. My orthodontist said there is no way to correct it to a favorable transverse position. But I am painful with the teeth rubbing my tongue all the time. Is there anyway to fix this problem?
