Thanks guys! I was getting worried that my "wimpy" wire on top wouldn't do anything before my first adjustment. All of a sudden its been six weeks and compared to day one I can see a difference. Hurray for braces!

My two cents...My ortho said they don't use the traditional retainers any more. He showed me what they use and it looks like an invisalign tray, just snaps over your teeth. Mabe that would be an option?
