I tried to floss my teeth, it is sooooo hard and the teeth are so tight and they bleed right away, i just wonder how many times to floss the teeth or everytime after we eat the meal?? Thanks.

Hi everyone, i got braces on upper and bottom and PA on the upper today, i feel really okay w/the braces, except the PA. Hardly swallow and move my tongue when i try to speak, anyone who has this feeling?? HOw long does it last? I may need to put for couple months, sigh...that is the only thing both...

does it hurt?? what is the surgery for?? so many questions, i will braces tomorrow, so i think is good to know more by now. Thanks.

My left one is already fell out this morning, too bad, and the ortho office won't be open in this area until wed and my braces is friday, should i wait or what?? I tried to floss that area after the spacer was out, then i feel the "differences", not as tight as before within one day!! amaz...

Fran1988, lol, i also have a habbit to play it w/my tongue as well, i m afraid they will fall out when i chew my food.

Guess what? i did ask my ortho if i need a deep cleaning?? he checked and said, "nah, u just need some whitening and cleaning after the braces are done", and i feel a big release now. Again, thanks for all the replies. = )

It wasn't so bad so far, i still eat my sandwich when i get back home because my appt was 7:15am and i did not eat anything before i left home, i just got two spacers put on the upper molars, thanks god and i feel ok, except got some spongy feeling when i bite down. The total time was just like 20 s...

I already signed my contract, so i don't think i can get anymore discount...= ( too bad.

Fran1988, my spacers will be put on tomorrow early morning, everyone said spacers are more painful than braces, i am really nervous now, they said it only take for about 5 mins, how many spacers do u have??
