I've had severe Bruxism for several years. I had numerous mouth guards for night and day, prescription medication, and Botox. So when I finally got my braces six weeks ago the first thing I realized was that my Bruxism stopped when I got up from my ortho's chair. STOPPED MY BRUXISM IMMEDIATELY!!

I use the Phillips Sonicare Diamondclean Smart. Uses earphone thingy tech. on your phone to give you a roadmap of your mouth of where to clean and for how long.

I use the Waterpik Sidekick, very easy to travel with!!

I'm two days in and my diet has definitely changed!! Having different kinds of soup every day. Looking forward to branching out in several days. I sure could benefit losing 10 pounds!!

I took a Xanax prior to my metal braces installation, just relaxed in the chair for two hours...
