Yep, sure did. Honestly, I hated my bite until it settled after a few days. Then I got my essix and it just moved my teeth back to where they were. So it takes a hour or so for my teeth to feel right after taking the retainer out.

I've noticed that after I take out my retainer, my bite feels off. I hate it!! When I go a few hours without my retainer (like when I leave it at home! opps!!) my bite feels normal.
