buy some whey protein mix and make some smoothies and shakes. throw in some nice fruit's, some ice and milk into a blender, and you got yourself a not so bad tasting meal

hopefully i'm done with extractions . my last exeperience with the biscupids extraction was horrid.

i havent really eaten anything except some blended protein shakes. i tried eating some soft foods, and it feels really weird with two holes on my mouth

update: day 3 of the brackets and spacers on. My teeth are becoming to get a bit sore from the spacers. Biting down causes a slight pain.
