Update: I have had both, and have both. I’ve got ceramic on top and metal on the bottom. LOVE LOVE LOVE the ceramics!! They are hardly noticeable both in terms of visibility and comfort. I would love to have them on my bottom arch but my ortho doesn’t do that.

From what I've read, Waterpik is better than Airflosser.

I have a waterpik (not that brand) and I wouldn't change it for the world. My mouth feels so amazingly clean after using it!

I obviously know nothing about your case specifically, but I know that in mine, my ortho said he has to make my overbite worse in order to be able to fix my bite properly at the end.

I'm already noticing changes already, and it's crazy.

But my lisp is getting worse and not better, which is extremely annoying...but at least I can eat.

I'm 28 as well and will be getting braces the May 10.
