I use the ortho tip nightly after flossing to give my brackets a good scrub, then switch to the regular tip to blast out anything the floss missed.

Waterpik for sure. I weighed the options between an airflosser and waterpik, and ended up going with an aquarius waterpik, and I love it. It leaves my teeth and gums feeling so clean.

I am 30 and have had braces for two weeks. I went back and forth for 10 years before biting the bullet and finding an orthodontist who believed he could fix my teeth in a less invasive way. I am currently on day 6 of braces, with the intention of making enough space to finally pull my impacted right canine out of my palate. Reading all of these stories has given me hope that this can be accomplished at age 30!
