I use the ortho tip nightly after flossing to give my brackets a good scrub, then switch to the regular tip to blast out anything the floss missed.

Waterpik for sure. I weighed the options between an airflosser and waterpik, and ended up going with an aquarius waterpik, and I love it. It leaves my teeth and gums feeling so clean.

I am currently on day 6 of braces, with the intention of making enough space to finally pull my impacted right canine out of my palate. Reading all of these stories has given me hope that this can be accomplished at age 30!
