I took the straw advice and tried another pumpkin spice and it didn't stain the ligs just the new clear elastics that are trying to close the gap of my extracted pre-molar on the bottom- it is kind of orange but nobody can see that since it is on the bottom and in the back. So I definately recommend...

My adjustment is on Friday morning so I think I am going to get one right before I go! Maybe I will have curry chicken Thursday night to really get them a funky color! I drink my coffee at work through a straw but never my Starbucks- I will have to ask them for one next time I go. I do the same thing at night. I wake up and I realize I am clenching my teeth together- not grinding just clenching my jaw. I can't remeber if I did this before my braces or not- I never noticed it if I did it before. I am going to ask my dentist about it tomorrow when I go. I will let you know what...

I went back to the dentist yesterday and he stuck some stuff in there and it made it feel much better but I think it is starting to wear off now. I go back tomorrow for...

Well I had my extractions yesterday evening- 4 pre molars. I wish I could say it was easy but it wasn't. I had the gas so I was pretty relaxed but my top teeth did not want to come out. The first one the dentist tried to pull gave him alot of problems. It ended up breaking off and they had to drill ...
