I am getting braced on MARCH 9!!!! I haven't had my extractions yet- which I don't get why I am getting my braces before the extractions- I don't have any room in my mouth for the teeth to move at all. But I will let you know how it goes.

What about foods/drink that stain the bands on the ceramic?

I am getting braced Thursday and I was wondering what would you have eaten before getting braced knowing what you know now? I am getting ceramic uppers and metal lowers.

I might seem dumb but I have no idea what spacers are...but they seem scary. Can somebody explain what they are and in what situation would you need them?
