One question though.. to anyone that wears elastics, do you break them often? At first, I was breaking the left ela...

Now 2 adjustments into it.. I must say that I wish I would have taken pictures last month.. My teeth seem to be...

I put together my own denta-kit of sorts.. (Not to knock the one on this site, I'm sure it works quite well!).. but I found a slim make-up case for $2 and just added in my own supplies.. all of the ones in the denta kit, except for the collapse-able cup.. which I sometimes wish I had, darn it all! a...

floss threaders!!

I recommend them highly! You can buy "gum" floss threaders at most department stores.. I haven't seen any other kinds... but they kind of look like a large needle made of fishing line.. If you cannot get floss up between your teeth to your gums, you can sometimes work the floss threader be...

Can't wait to see what lies ahead! We have to compare notes; I'm only 3 days behind you (but a whole lot more work to be done, I think.. dun dun dun)!

Well.. so I've been a little lax lately.. but today marks my fourth day in braces... still tender, still waking up with an achy mouth, but I'm hoping this too shall pass, yes? I just keep dreaming of biting into a piece of pizza.. and being that today is the Super Bowl.. its rather disheartening. .h...

Hopefully this doesn't sound redundant, but...

Even though it has been a bit since your treatment, I've newly began checking out this site, and I must say that your results are marvelous! This gives me hope that I may be able to expect such results as well! (and maybe in a reduced time?? haha... perhaps under your pictures it should read "r...

Thank you sydsmom ! I'll definitely try the smoothy idea! I've been trying to research some (vegetarian) soft food ideas.. I keep finding lots of dairy-type foods, which is ok, although I'd rather not live on that route! But I think my fav smoothy is organic vanilla yogurt, a banana, and choc soy mi...
