At 42, for the first time. I never had lateral incisors, so my smile was gappy. I am 6 months into the treatment. My front teeth are together without a great big gap for the first time in my life! I use Weleda calendula toothpaste. I find that it keeps my teeth white(as much as its possible with braces) and clean. Its also fluoride free. I agree with OP some of the regular toothpastes are too strong, I had my gums peeling too! I tried other brands, but always come back to Weleda. I'm in my 40...
