Are wire ties just for additional movement?
I'm confused.....ligs..wire ties.... Are wire ties just placed on certain teeth to accelerate movement or can ligs do the same thing with the different configuations when placed on the brackets? Have two wire ties placed on the upper two front teeth "to separate them and speed things along"...

You might want to find out if they are using a permanent cement..... I had just one lower tooth extracted and my Ortho told me it would close-up in 4 to 5 months...... It's been 6 weeks and it's no longer the embarrassing Hole, but a slight gap that is no longer a concern to me..... After yesterdays adjustment...it's closed up even more....I find this Orthodonics JUS...
