I have lots of gaps and I've been noticing that my gums between them are getting really puffy as the teeth are pushed back. I was wondering what was going on. :? I didnt want my spaces to close but judging by what you're saying I guess they are going to close anyway - whether I like it or not :cry:

All this talk about overbites and overjets prompted me to call my ortho. I inquired about the size in millimeters and percentages of my overbite and which of them I actually had. Their response, both! Overjet: 10mm :shock: Overbite: 100% :shock: Holy Cow!! Guess I've got a long way to go :cry:

Aww! I think it's great that you like your gaps. I wish I could say the same for mine but I'm so self-concious. I have gaps between the top 4 of my teeth but mostly between my two front teeth.
