I recently had my braces removed
and I am having difficulty removing the retainer. Any pointers

Braces off next month......only braced 17 months?
:D Happy news....get my braces off next month. I am amazed... I always thought the minimum time to be braced was at least 24 months. I did have a palate expander for a year prior to being braced...I guess it did most of the work. Anyone else like this out there? Also, I suppose I can expect to wear ...
