it's hard sometimes, right, how your lip sometimes gets stuck on a bracket as you start to smile.

even with my horrible teeth i always smile and laugh big. for me, i'm fine with the braces, but i'm still SOOO self conscious about smiling big with my gigantic extraction gaps.

if you're having a hard time resuming a healthy diet, try wheat grass capsules. they will replenish proper levels of fiber/vegetable intake and also give you energy. capsules are easier for me to stomach b/c of no taste than the shots.

i'm in the west coast in the US and estimated treatment time 18-24 months (24 yrs old; slight class III maloccusion, some crowding and top and bottom, 4 extractions of first bicuspids)

i graduated from UGA in 2003, so not that long ago. i'm sure athens was a very different place in the early nineties. i love california too, so much that i'm staying in northern california after i finish grad school. i'm just surprised at how quiet berkeley seems as a college town compared to athens...
