I finally now have 2 continuous wires and none of the curly wire stuff and I think that's when you see the most change -- when that curly wire is taken off and replace with the straight wire.

I had that on my right side only -- now *that* was strange. Only being able to bite down on the left side. After about 3 months my bite was level again, but by that time I was already used to it.

Hey Chris, I actually had the same thing quite a bit... either your ortho isn't cutting the wire close enough to your teeth, or your teeth are moving together on one side, thus pulling the wire with them and leaving extra at the end, which is pricking you.
