i dont understand how using a thread is hard.
i use the Eez-Thru floss threader with crest glide floss.
it seems easy to me: take floss, put it in the large whole of the threader and put it between the brachets, then up down 6 times.
whats with all the complaints as if its rocket science.

yes i get headaches as well, but not bad ones.
a few days ago whenever anything such as my teeth hit the one of my bottom teeth id get this pain just jump up to that side of my brain. like a shocked buzz. it was sooo annoying but thank god it was only one day

is that what powerchains are for LoL. i really didnt no what was the difference between those and the normal ligs.
ive had my top braces since september and my ortho only gave me a powerchain for one month and since then ive had just the normal ones.

i was just wondering, who do some of you go longer than 4 weeks. ive had my uppers on since sept and ive gone every month-never any shorter or longer. does that mean that mine are moving pretty good or they are not moving alot

before i got braces i never flossed even when my dentist told me to. once i got the braces and she was cleaning my teeth she was telling me about how bad my gums have become and could have gingivitas and blah blah blah (after 4 months i went back and she said i have completely reversed the bad gums ...

now im wondering what phase im at...i guess phase one because ive only had one adjustment on bottom and five on top.

yeea when i first got them i said to myself im never going to smile, but then i got used to it and smiled. then when the time came for my bottom teeth which were metal once again i said im not going to smile...im still having hard time with that bc i just got my first adjestment for my bottom teeth....

i just got my first adjustment on my bottom teeth and he went from this thin wire to a little thicker one...you know the kind he gives you when you first get your uppers on. so far ive had my uppers since sept 2005 and lowers since late january 2006. my ortho has kept me on the same wire for my top ...

Why does the ortho change the size of the wires from thinner to thicker...does that mean ur teeth are moving and you need a stronger one or what???
