I take a water bottle with me so I dont have to keep moistening up my braces. Or try some other liquid that keeps them moistened up.

Its very similar to a hawley retainer but it has a little hole in it and you turn the key once a day or once a week. I used to have one about 7 years ago and i cant remember what the name was.
