Yes, that is a problem a lot of people seem to have, is that they don't know the "pull" force when they order. You probably ordered them with too light of a pull....

Meryaten is right, however, I don't think that buying ones own elastics/ligs in the colors they want and -bringing them into the office- to have them put on is so bad. I suppose you could run into issues of the elastic/lig quality, brand, size, etc. I would ask them first. I went to the J.A.W. webs...
