Just a little update. The gap on the lower is now completely closed, it closed within a week of the adjustment.

Liam had the hygenist yesterday in preparation for Brace off! Its so exciting..

I know I am amazed myself... He is being good and wearing his elastic 24/7. He knows the score with having to look after his brace having seen me with mine and the routine I had to go through.

Well its been a while since I posted.. I wore the retainer every day without fail for the first year. Now I wear it every 3 nights and had it cut down so it doesn't include all my back teeth!!

Your teeth look great. My son is in the early stages of orthodontic treatment and i'm hoping for a good finished result. His tops are quite similar to the way yours were.

Retainer day tomorrow

After 18months, my uppers are gone!!!

Been suffering with a nasty sore throat and flu'like for nearly two weeks, just getting over it now.. Thanks goodness otherwise I might of had to postpone it!!!

I'm getting my uppers off first on 11th October, my lowers probably won't be until early December but should be in time for Xmas..

I think i'll wait a week until my uppers are off before indulging just incase they are sore!! I've heard people say that sometimes they feel naked and unsafe for a while and I don't think i'll like that feeling too much. I've become so used to my brace that i'm worried how my teeth will feel after!!...
