hey i was wondering if anybodys whos had braces before, how long they think it will take for this gap to close up...

theyve only been trying to close it for a month now..
as you can tell the color has faded ALOT on the braces lol

that makes me feel so much better that this is a normal occurance...

a friend of mine had braces.. and the ortho left a gap in her front teeth.. it was worrying me that this would happen to me too..

well i'll definatly ask next appointment.. i just dont want to go in randomly to ask a silly question
but thanks for the replys!! if i happen to be passing by the place while they're open maybe i'll stop in to ask.. but they arent open very often

yesterday i had a visit to the ortho for an adjustment... they are now trying to rotate my 2 front teeth out because right now they are pointed inwards or something? im not really sure about how to explain that... i look in the mirror and to my horror there is a small gap between my 2 front teeth!!!...

my gums are SOOOO swollen in one spot and i dont know what to do
when i went to bed last night it wasnt this swollen and now im freaking out so bad
and it hurts!! other than salt water rinses what should i do?

ok so i had 2 teeth pulled and they're pulling my front top teeth back to fill in the gaps but i swear they're running out of room. they are already hitting the bottom teeth, making it very annoying since im not used to that and every once in awhile my bottom ones hit the top ones really hard... whi...

So I had my adjustment today and I notice she forgot to change one of the ligs!! its last months faded colour still the ortho i'snt back in town for a few days so I'll have to wait awhile I guess.
I thought it was a little weird that they would forget to change it... has this happend to anyone else?

would using mouth wash help my situation or help prevent this in the future? if so what types/brands would you suggest?
i really dont like the scope we have now it tastes absolutely terrible
also how often is it reccomended you get a cleaning from the dentist?

well since im in canada its a long weekend, theres noway i can get in anywhere today everything is closed i'll keep doing salt water rinses until i go see the ortho also i just rememberd i had a couple drink the night before this happend alcohol thins blood doesnt it? maybe thats why it bled so much...

ah thank you so much!!!! yah its been a couple months since i had a cleaning from the dentist.. i just went off my parents dental plan a couple weeks ago tho
