I'm five months out post-braces and wow my teeth need a whitening pick me up!

Which one do you recommend that is both gentle on my teeth but will work? Teeth whitener is expensive so I'd really like to get something that works.

It's been nearly 4 months since my braces were suddenly removed. The front of my teeth still feel rough and uneven. The color is still strongly yellow hued. My front cap is still the same white color that it was when put on.

I have no idea. Most of the assistants speak very little English, which makes it even more nerve-wrecking. I had one guy repeatedly apologize to me as I winced my way through an adjustment. It was very sweet, but when I tried to ask him a question, he told me "No English."
