It is your ortho's job to know the time frames.....it is YOUR responsibility to ask questions . If you don't take the time to ask questions if you have them......then your ortho won't answer them. They can't read your mind and will assume everthing is going the way you would like them to be.

I am sorry to hear that you had bad luck skiing. It is just bad timing with the braces too. :( You are right.....it is a really good thing that "Aunt Flo" won't show up for a while. You will definately be feeling better about everything by the time that comes around. :) It does get better....

:( It took me 20 minutes the first time I flossed my uppers. By the time I got my lowers on 5 months later I was down to about 3 minutes. Then the time jumped to about 15 minutes because of having to get a routine for the lowers too. Now I am down to 5-7 minutes max! :D Keep practicing and the time ...
