You're very determined! OMG, that is an awesome story. Just want to mention in the US that would never happen prbobably due to privacy laws. Actually Canada has privacy laws as well and I'm pretty sure your ortho could end up in some trouble for giving out those names - if the patients were upset ab...

Yup, I have one on the top and on the bottom and it was nasty to try and speak through for a couple of weeks. But you'll get used to it.
Never had to use wax on it, just a bit of trouble speaking and a bit more trouble eating.
