Braced on 4/17 and I'm down about 4 lbs already. I've been working out though and stopping the soda and candy on a daily basis has certainly helped.

I had braces put on yesterday. I'm 29 years old and while I wasn't thrilled with the idea of having to get them on at this point in my life, the experience hasn't been that bad. I've had sporadic discomfort or what I guess you can refer to as "pain" but it really doesn't affect me all that...
