anyone know why? im confused by this

This board has been awesome! I've learnt loads from it! But my ortho never tells me anything about my treatment i have to repeatedly ask.

cool. i wonder why some ortho's use the hooks with the archwire attached to it and some use the hooks which are molded on the brackets.... what's the difference??

sometimes some brackets don't need ligs on. my orthodontist kept on forgetting to put a lig on one of my brackets and it was so that the tooth could move more freely. I had 4 premolar extractions in December 2005.. the gaps are still there wide and large. The springs I'm wearing to close them up aren't really doing their job at the minute.

I've got 12 on top and 12 on bottom... I had 4 premolars removed.

How long do u guys wait for an adjustment? I used to go every 4-6 weeks but now because one of the orthodontists has left I'm having to wait 2 MONTHS for my next appointment! How many weeks apart are your adjustments?

Ive got springs at the minute to close my 4 extraction gaps. So yes they are used to close gaps.
