Oh my god!! Our orthodontist is leaving?!!? I need to go check the mail..

My mouth hurts really bad sometimes for days after an adjustment. It is kind of an insult, when time and time i read "you must be sensitive" "i never have any pain" :| Am I weak for feeling like someone hit me in the mouth after i get new power chains? I hope not! I totally feel ...

Count me in! Red and splotchy right afterwards, then i get pimples..I'm going to start really paying attention to not get any on my chin.

My ortho recommended that, so i am, not sure about what your ortho will say for your specific case!

I really thought mine were so wiggley they were going to come out! Right now my front ones arent as bad, but my back molars are SOOO wiggley, it's weird. I'm betting yours are fine

I did it myself every time, It took a minute but no big deal. And after a while it was super easy. I think i turned it for..2 months? I had a pretty big gap in my front teeth.

My teeth are kind of sore, but it's more my lips for some reason. I had uh..kissed for..a few hours probably last night, and it's not my teeth but my lips feel sore it's weird! Boyyy do i feel like a high schooler! making out for hours and braces..Good times

I wanted my expander out after 4 months REALLY bad-but i stuck it out..I cant imagine saying no at this point, I'm paying for this and i will cooperate and stick it out! It's only temporary...

I didnt have a wire at first on top-just the brackets, because i had an expander in the beginning of my treatment. It was actually nice getting the wire on after just having the brackets. Good luck

I've had braces for 7 months...hopefully only a year and a half to go..!
I wondered why i didnt get a TPA, I just wore the expander for 7 months. *shrug*
