I just got braced this morning. It wasn't bad at all. I had my ipod with a humour audiobook and things went really smooth.
Only now are my teeth and inner mouth starting to g=feel it all. No pain No gain I say...or hear beautiful people saying anyways....

As a newbie, the one thing I can comment on is the bite. I've been seeing a dentist who practises neuromuscular dentistry. Anyone who has jaw problems, cronic headaches etc., should check into this.

Are Damon 3's a new type of bracket? I'm very new to this whole lingo

I'm getting braces next week and am concerned about the colours. It looks like there are clear brackets. Do these stain or discolour to yellow?
