Just thought I'd ask! I'm in my full braces now about a week and a half, still sore and sensitive. So I'm going to the cinema tomorrow and love to nibble away on popcorn, nuts or nachos. Anybody have any suggestions for Newbiw Snacks?

Hi Wazza, It seems impossible now but in a weeks time you'll be feeling so much better. Take it very slowly with your foods and you'll soon build up considence to try soft things. As Im new to all this, I meant to ask, how often do people tend to rinse with salted water? I've seen it mentioned a few times..... Is this a once a day thing, and before or after mouthwash?
