Hi Will. I am your neighbor in New Hampshire. I am wondering what part of Vermont you call home. Are you single???

Dating question..
Hello and Happy Holidays to all. I have had my braces on for exactly one year and have perhaps 8 months left to go. Although it was definately a good decision for me, I am not sure how to approach the "dating scene." I am 35 and newly single(never married). I am well-educated, athletic (a ...

crown adhesive
Hi there:
I have ceramic brackets on four crowns which are porcelin. The crowns are on all four of my front teeth. In the ten months since I have had the
braces, I have had no problems whatsoever with the brackets sticking.
Perhaps your ortho. needs to research alternatives.
Hang in there!

Has she tried the electrical stimulation? My pt started with working near my temples doing a deep massage. In subsequent appointments, she moved to my neck and upper shoulders. Interestingly enough, it is possible that the origin of the pain is in your lower back. My pt actually moved out of town an...

frustration
I know how frustrating it is to be going from referral to referral in looking for an answer....or a solution to your issue. I researched mine to death (the blocked eardrum/pressure feeling) and I tried everything known. I am wondering if you have pain in your lower neck/upper shoulders. If so, the p...

PT help
My PT had several stretching exercises and some pressure points that she massaged. Perhaps you would have relief in going to a chiropractor???
Best wishes

PT help
Karen:
To make a long story short, I had some of your very same issues. I went to several doctors (ENT, etc.) and FINALLY got relief by going to physical therapy. It could be more of a muscular/skeletal issue and the PT will help.
Good luck

bottom hooks
I am very curious... I have ceramics on top and metal on bottom. My bottom brackets ALL have those horrid hooks on them yet, in the nearly 8 months since I have been braced, I have yet to have elastics. Will I get them??? And just what will they be attached to??? I currently have a powerchain from c...

Hi there... I have ceramic braces on FOUR front crowns as well as on two crowned molars. I have had the braces on for eight months now with only ONE problem slight problem. A lower bracket came off a crowned tooth because I pushed on it in earnest attempt to push the annoying hook in a bit. The crow...

hook cure
I hope that you are feeling better by now. As an alternative solution to the hook irritation, however, you can bend them in a tad bit. I had to do that to 3 bottom ones. The ortho. did not say a word as now all is totally fine!

"let me see" questions...
Hello all...this is a wonderful website; thank you... I have had my braces now for exactly 6 months. Although I am fairly comfortable with them at this point, I am still a bit uneasy when someone says: "let me see!" I really HATE to flash this inordinate amount of metal that I have at the ...
