I live in the Uk and have had upper ceramics for about a month now. My ortho said its £100 to have braces fitted and £25 everytime i have an adjustment, im not complaining but this seems extrmely cheap! He also said i would have my braces for aprox 9 months so that doesnt work out to alot of money...

Just a question! My dentist is telling me that some of my (back) teeth are decaying because of food i may eat, i eat loads and loads of fruit, (not fruit juice). The dentist has said this is what it will be, hes said not too much fruit, but i eat quite alot because i think im being healthy and good ...
