Congratulations Lyn! Your debanding date is 2 days after mine. Wow, it seems like a very popular time to get your braces off, by the looks of the replies you are recieving. You must be so excited. I know I am!

I noticed, too, that my face looked different after time spent wearing braces. I noticed my cheekbones more which I find is lovely. It definitely changes the impression of your facial features, but generally in a more positive light I think.

All your comments were very helpful and made me look at things from a different perspective. This is nothing to the trials some people face, and I will hopefully get out of my self-conscious phase soon.
