firstly thats a good sign that your teeth are moving.

mines starting to stick out already and its been less then 2 weeks.

just make an appointment to get it trimmed again =]

you'll have to stick with soups and soft foods.

spacers will cause abit of eating problems till monday. mainly the spacers hitting ur gums when u chew down

in myabe 5-7 days life will be almost normal. =]]

prepare for alot of changes.
first week requires alot of getting use to.

i found going through the 'braces story' section in this forum giving me alot of inspiration for my journey.

i must admit it was easier being at the age of 24

so i guess your age can be a big factor
i mean who likes to see a huge needle being poked into ur gums/mouth when your young! and the feeling of a perfectly fine solid teeth being yanked out with great amount of pressure

if ur worried baout needles just advice ur doc to apply more of this numbing cream they use

other then that! shouldnt be a big problem

for my braces i had 4 extractions + one wisdon tooth removed. well! the needle might give a little sting but other then that its not to bad. the extraction it self will be painless but u will feel alot of pressure being applied(depending on which tooth). dentist will need to use alot of force to yan...

im with eaglesoaring. we got ours done 2 days ago and for me aswell! there was no huge pain or the feeling of a baseball bat being implanted into your face. u will feel abit of discomfort due to the pressure but nothing to the point where u cant handle it. the only thing i hate is not being abe to f...

congrats that it all went well.

its my second day and i still cant bite or eat asyet.

its my first night with braces

and i already experienced a dream in which my teeth were falling off!!!!
